The Process

A detailed breakdown of our services

Law Consultation

Consultation

Whether planning for yourself or on behalf of a loved one, living or deceased, our team will guide you through the entire process with care and clarity. We’ll help gather the necessary documentation and discuss every important detail, including your preferred location, special accommodations, and any personal requests you may have.

Collection

At the time of passing, or if your loved one has already passed, we will respectfully retrieve the remains from the mortuary and secure all required documentation for transport. This includes the mortuary release form, an original or certified copy of the death certificate, and official certification identifying the remains.

If needed, we can arrange the transportation to a mortuary of your choosing.

Transportation

Once we have respectfully retrieved the remains, we will begin the journey to the designated resting place(s). This may involve travel by car, plane, or ship. Regardless of the mode of transportation, the remains will remain in the continuous care of a My Eternal Voyage representative and will be secured in an internationally approved, travel-safe urn.

At no point will the remains be checked as baggage or entrusted to a third-party courier. We maintain direct possession at all times to ensure the utmost respect, security, and dignity throughout the journey.

Ceremony

Upon arrival at the designated resting place(s), we will conduct a personalized ceremony that honors any previously requested elements—such as a reading from a meaningful book, the recital of a religious passage, or other chosen tributes. The ceremony will conclude with the respectful scattering of the remains.

While we strive to accommodate all requests, we always prioritize the sanctity and sensitivity of the location. If filming is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, we will respectfully forego recording in favor of maintaining the dignity of the moment.
